Lets start from the top. I have always been using stock cooling, but recently decided to look into a CPU cooler. I read some reviews on this, and just HAD to buy it. I am NOT disappointed AT ALL. It was a breeze to install, it looks great in my case, and my CPU temps dropped, I kid you not, 20, yes 20, degrees celcius. The fan is AMAZING. I would gladly replace all of my 120mm fans with those fans. It is whisper quiet, and moves a ton of air. The noise to air flow ratio is INSANE. There is no questions asked, I would buy this again and again. I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone who wants some hardcore cooling without the noise, and to anyone looking to overclock. This WILL perform above and beyond your expectations.
Great job on this retailer's end as well, quick shipping, excessive but safe packaging, the transaction was a breeze as well. |

Installed this cooler on an ASUS P5QL Pro motherboard with an Intel Core2Duo (E7500) processor. The heatsink is large, but should fit most mid-tower cases with no problem. Installation instructions are well written and easy to follow. There are two connectors that will limit the fan speed for extremely quiet operation. The fan is very quiet even without the fan limiters! If you want a fan that will cool your CPU and do it quietly.... This is the one I would recommend. |

I absolutely love this fan/heatsink! I can be multitasking my dual core CPU and still have very little change in my temps. My core #0 is usually around 90-92 Degrees F, and my core #1 is usually around 94-96 Degrees F. When I am running a MMORPG my temps only go up one degree! The fan was fairly simple to install and fit perfectly in my mid-size case. I did not have to move my side fan to the outside like others have had to do, but I also only used the single fan that came with the product. If you plan on using dual fans you will, however, need to relocate your side case fan. |

Dramatic drop in temperature. Was running at 120 F Now at 89-93 F degrees @ 640 RPMs. I am amazed running on Core 2 Dual 2.4Ghz. Didn't bother over clocking. Beats my stock fan by 100%. Simply quiet its a must buy from stock fan's hands down. |

This cooler is big but should fit cases that are mid to full size. my motherboard is a asus m3n78 pro, it wasn't listed as a compatible board, but it did fit. the mounting system is very easy to use, better than the single clip that is used for amd am2 processors. as far as the extra fan goes, i used my own 120 mm fan and it works great. it is very quiet also. would recommend to others. |
