I don't have any complaints about this notebook itself, but Gateway support sux big time. First they couldn't find my serial number (still can't use it online); then all the tech's are foreign so they write in broken english. And they don't support this notebook anymore - even though it is only 6-months old. I missed the Windows 7 upgrade date by two weeks, so I bought a copy for myself. Ha, they won't have any drivers for this notebook at all. I won't buy Gateway again. I'll stick to HP or Dell.

The CD DVD drive stopped working after 4 months. The headphone jack stopped working within 3 months. Otherwise, it's ok.
