This is a great TV but there are some flaws. This TV is sooooo large that it will jumble in certain situations. Basketball is a bit too fast for it to keep up and confetti falling from the sky is rough to say the least. HD programming is phenomenal as long as it does not have very fast movement involved... If you need this for basketball watching parties you may want to consider another TV, but if you are needed a HUGE TV for regular television this one is amazing. Added a 5.1 Surround system and it topped of the watching experience! |

If you want value this set is it. I can't believe they are not doing DLP anymore. It looks better than my 3 year old 42 inch LCD. Did I mention 65 inches? That is over 400% more screen than a 32 inch model. Sports, games, movies or dics this set is 65 inches of awesome. Better than Plasma. |

Most excellent 65 inch tv which has an excellent picture as good as any lcd. The downside here is that the viewing angle is only spectacular within a 20 degree angle looking head on. Once you walk to the side you lose some of the great picture view, which is not as good as an lcd. But I expected some downside when buying a 65 inch hd tv for 1000. Cant beat it really so long as you understand theres no possible way to get the same quality for 1000 for a 65 inch hd tv as you would for the same size lcd. I am satisfied with the trade off of price versus quality. |

Mitsubishi WD65737 65" DLP Rear Projection HDTV
So far we really like the Mitsubishi TV. I can't seem to tone down the color so it's really bright. It's either not enough color or too much, it won't go in between. That is about the only negative we can see. It was a Christmas present for my husband so we've only been using it about a week but so far we are impressed with the TV. The sound quality is really good. I was afraid it would be bad after reading about the sound quality on some of the other brands. I gave it 4 stars because we haven't had it long enough to be able to judge correctly. I bought one for my daughter and they were happy so I decided to buy one for us. |
