Great Product
I was lucky enough to get this set for an amazing price. The television was damaged on arrival (black bars through the picture) but Samsung tech support dispatched a local repair shop. They had it repaired and back in my house in 24 hours. The performance of the TV is phenomenal. It's my first plasma purchase but it certainly won't be my last. The blacks are deep and rich. The color is very accurate with the proper adjustments; they really pop. The appearance of the product is also stunning. The bezel is very clean and the gray ToC looks very nice; it looks natural when mounted on a wall.

Fantastic TV, Gigantic, Beautiful Picture!!!
I bought the Samsung PN63B550 from your company about a month ago. I absolutely love it. The picture quality is perfect. It has bright colors and deep blacks. Blu Ray movies look absolutely stunning. The only area I was not completely satisfied with is the lack of detailed options and settings under the menu. Also, when I received the TV it was suffering from the buzzing that many reviewers had reported. I am 1 mile from the beach so it definitely was not the altitude problem. Samsung was quick to dispatch a technician, and the problem was solved seamlessly without any down time. Honestly, I give this TV a 9 out of 10. Guests are in awe of the huge beautiful screen when they come over, and every big TV event is watched at my house now. Definitely a bargain at the price!
