Average quality and performance
As soon as I received this product the remote did not function therefore they sent me new remote. After few months of working the screen went dead. Lets see how they would respond to the repairs. Over all the product is not worth its money.

Good product
First time that I was dealing with an electronic photo frame. It's working ok; it does the job. Shipping ok. I'm satisfied. Note: You must absolutely have a memory card inserted in the frame in order to display photos. You can connect the frame to the computer via the USB, but the drive will show as empty if no memory card is in.
