| | Purchased a TCL HDTV online Tuesday evening at 8PM. Had regular shipping and the TV arrived at 5PM on Thursday, even a day ahead of schedule. The price of the TV was the lowest around (exceeding Amazon and every other site), no sales tax and very low shipping cost! |

| | I had ordered a Sony Vaio laptop from Circuit City a few months ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is nice that they ship to APO addresses as that I am in Afghanistan & the actual Sony website does not ship to APO. Thanks Circuit City! |

| | I ordered a Cannon scanner on April 26 and selected regular shipping. At about 11am on April 27 the scanner was at my door. The fastest shipping I have ever seen period. I don't even get stuff that fast when I select overnight shipping. I've been a C.C. customer for many years and will continue to be. I wish the stores would come back.

| | I dont usually call any customer service because they usually are being hard. But I called this store's CS just a minute ago about my backordered item (an i3) and Nelson is very helpful and friendly. Response was a little slow but I know its because they treat their customers right! Good job circuit city!!! |
