The slightest bump or movement and this thing turns off - even plugging in head phones. It's not even worth turning it on to use. It also chews up battery power pretty quick. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this product.

for someone that doesn't care about screen. Husband wanted small, cheap mp3 player that was easy to use and that wouldn't mind his big finger errors. He got exactly what he wanted in this player. Very easy to load and use. And at a terrific bargain price too.

My brother is thrilled with this product. It helps him join the 21st century. I've used the old 1gb version of this player at work with Skullcandies for the last year with no issues. The software is now new and improved. Simple interface, operation, battery lasts 10 hours or so. Couldn't ask for more.

This player does not come with a manual. I did eventually find a manual on the product website. However, it was written by someone whose first language is not English. I needed a small voice recorder, but this one is very difficult to use.
