The product does what it claims, however getting there is a long road. The product downloads are extensive and work. Simplifying the process probably requires a more expensive device. I still rely on individual remotes until I get this sucker figured out. |

I had some trouble making the remote work with my Surround sound, but other than that its a pretty neat remote. |

I was using 3 remotes to control my entertainment system, TV, Sat, and Surround receiver. As a matter of fact my universal remote that came with my satellite system would not recognize my flat screen. The Harmony remote took care of my dilemma and at a very reasonable price. My girlfriend who is not tech savvy at all is able to use it, commenting that even when she has a problem the help features built into the remote always takes care of it. Great product and after years of purchases from ths retailer I am still a satisfied customer! |

I gotta say that this remote does everything I want it do. I purchased a refurbished LCD TV from a co-worker that didn't have a remote or any branding as to what brand the TV was. I had to do a lot of investigating to find out what brand it was. But once I was able to get a few codes to work on my cable remote (although the buttons didn't match the action), a good level 2 tech was able to find matching codes and even set up my remote based on my needs the correct way. All I can say is wow! So if you want a remote that will really do what it's advertised to do...go with a Harmony remote. |
