Purchased this to replace an Atom Z520 Acer AO751H and boy what a diference, this E-350 CPU-GPU combination really makes a difference, plays streaming HD videos perfectly, also an excellent multi-tasker, average battery life though. Default sound settings results in weak volume, but sounds much louder after tweaking in Realtek Sound Manager control panel. Got the dreaded touchpad freeze, but popped the palm cover off, and fixed it in a snap, it's been working perfect for weeks now. Looking forward to years of service from this little powerhouse. Very satisfied.

I bought this netbook for my mother. She just wanted something simple so she could surf the net. From the first day we got error after error. All sorts of problems with display drivers that caused it to freeze and shutdown. No use taking it to get repaired because it would cost as much to fix it as it would to buy another one.

I bought this computer becuase ti seemed like a great deal. I didn't need anything super speedy, just something portable. I like Asus products in the past so I figured I'd go with this one. After spending an hour remivng the bloatware it came wiht and installing chrome and other programs, the touchpad start freezing. and by this I ment it would barely respond to a press. I got into device manager and uninstalled the driver, rebooted, it reinstalled the driver and it was fixed..... for a short time. Can't believe im going to have to send this back to get repaired... its not even 2 months old!

This netbook is great, i mainly use it to watch bluray rips, surf the web, netflix, and play games like starcraft 2 and devil may cry. In my opinion this laptop is built very well, and after upgrading the ram to 8gb its even faster. I have not had any track pad problems as other reviews for this netbook have stated. I bought this for $300 and spent $14 bucks on shipping. Good deal for people who are looking at netbooks for entertainment and school purposes.

Like other reviewers, I've had touchpad issues from day one. I haven't had the opportunity to ask ASUS about the issue but for the time being this laptop is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too frustrating to use regularly.
