- Not recommended for urban areas or in an area that is running other wireless
networks including wireless internet, cellular phone towers, airport towers,
or other wireless devices.
- Interference could cause a loss in video quality.

Most important is what wireless devices you have that may conflict with it.I don't use wireless homenetworking, my cordless phone runs on 1.9ghz and my neighbours are far away enough that their wireless products won't interfere.Beware of the included VGA connecter because it can be tricky. It took me patience and a screwdriver to make sure it was on tight.If there are wavy lines or no image,read the manual about checking resolution and making the refresh rate 60 hertz.The image I get on my tv is as good as what I get with regular tv.Not neccesarily reading text from your tv but if you played around you might be able to.It is excellent for streaming movies off the internet and I think that is it's whole purpose.It may effect the picture quality of your monitor slightly. That doesn't bother me at all but I've read that this can be corrected by using a powered VGA splitter. I may get one in the future just to make the picture quality even better. |

I Bought This Product About 5 Years Ago,
The Only SMALL Problem I Have Is, When The Power Goes Out, The Settings Go Back To Factory Settings, Besides That, This Has Saved Me So Much Money Its Unbelievable.
If Anyone Has All The Troubles They Are Saying They Have, Then They Either Got A Bad One Or Just Dont Know What They Are Doing, As Setup Is Very Very Simple |

I bought this item 5 years ago, it is great I use it to send the video signal from my home threate to my projector. If you have cordless change to 5.8 ghz or dect 6 and wi-fi set the channel on wireless router so no interfearance. |

Hi we bougth this unit and after working with it all I got is nothing and you have to be sitting on the computer for it to work as soon you move away your picture is gone,for me it was money in the garbage.Call for help and the only responce was my cordless phone was the problem and that they couldn't do anything for me. |
