As a customer service agent, I love my Plantronics CS50 Wireless Headset. One of my co-workers has the new CS55, and she loves it. Either way, it is a great system. When you need your hands free, wireless is the best way to go. I've been using my CS50 for two years with no problems. Well, only one problem. Someone stole my headset and now I have to buy a new one. I'm so glad that Tiger Direct sells the CS50 and I'm happy that their price is less than other suppliers.

Great product! Don't know how I did without it. I've been using the CS50 system for about a year now and it works really well. I'm no longer chained to my desk. I can walk to the copier or to another office and still won't miss phone calls. The main reason for purchasing this product was to eliminate the discomfort from holding the phone on my shoulder and trying to type at the same time. No more shoulder and neck pain! Thanks Plantronics!
