We've been using the product since day one, we are very satisfied with it, it comes with one battery pack, so all we had to do was buy an extra one for the other controller. I'm satisfied with this product....recommend to anyone tired of buying batteries :)

This charger is fantastic. Like the other reviewer, mine has outlived my first generation 360 and the RROD. Even battery packs that seem to be totally worn out by overuse of those worthless play & charge cables get a full charge out of this Quick Charge Kit. And if you've been using plain old batteries, this is way worth the cost it'll save you on AAs. Highly recommended.

Easily the best 360 battery charger!! I've had my 360 for years, had to send it in to be fixed twice, and this charger is still charging strong! Others did a horrible job of charging if they did at all! This one is very discrete and tiny. Only charges rechargable packs though, no battery packs with removable batteries. I'd recommend the 360 cooling base station; it has a removable battery charger on it.
