I've used Adesso keyboards in the past. My first ergo board with a touchpad had to be retired because I needed to begin using a KVM switch with USB. I was very hopeful that this new board would allow me to go back to using a touch pad, but unfortunately, one of my computers isn't compatible when the Adesso USB keyboard runs through the USB KVM. I'm sure there's a solution, but I haven't found it yet. While I search for an answer, my new keyboard is back in its box. |

I love split key designed keyboards, and have been using them for about 9 years now. I have used this particular keyboard for about 3 years now, both at work and at home. I have the PS2 and the USB versions, and they all are of top notch quality. I am a 24/7 programmer, so I use them VERY heavily. |

Crappy. Pressing the tab key at windows logon moves the cursor sometimes across the screen. Sometimes Windows thinks the 'shift' key is stuck down. Occasionally the touch pad goes squirrely and the mouse points jumps all over the place. The hot keys at the top don't control Winamp as good as my older keyboard...I have to press 'mute' multiple times to get it 'to take'. Plus, there's no hot keys for skip song which I find annoying. I tried installing the hot key add on software from their website but it just gives me an error. I'm running Windows XP Pro. |

After 6 months of happily using this keyboard, it's malfunctioning on an almost daily basis - when I touch the keypad normally, the cursor ranges all over the screen, and is uncontrollable. I'm having to send it back to the manufacturer for replacement, which has not yet happened. |
