Bought mine last year and updated to the 'Rock box' firmware. Rock box is a open source firmware available online and makes these units ROCK! I also use Win FF for all my non music media instead of the Sansa file converter. If you need a manual for this unit you can download it from the Sansa webpage, as well as their media converter if you want it. I use my Sansa nearly everyday for work and play. I bought a nice clear case for it on ebay for cheap. I highly recommend getting the case for the belt clip convenience and the extra protection it provides. I do not regret the purchase at all. Buying one for my son for this Christmas. |

I bought 2 of these for my teenagers last XMas and they love them. I had a different MP3 that I use while snowboarding. It has lasted 2 seasons but finally died this spring so it was time for a new one. Since they both LOVE theirs -- I bought one for myself. Works great !! Strongly recommend. It's great to have a rechargeable with a user replaceable battery too. |

This is an outstanding product and I am very impressed. It did not come with a manual but it was easy enough to figure out. I did have to search around for the product media converter for the pictures and home video clips. The music I just copied into the folder as an external storage device. I am so impressed, I am ordering three more for Chrsitmas 2009. |

It looks good and solid, but it just an illusion. The first one I got lost audio after a month and the replacement started acting erratically after the warranty run out.
The tuner is all but useless and the sound quality was mediocre at best to start with.
If you buy it, prepare to be dissapointed. |
Good mp3 except lack of user manual.
