I was a little trepiditious about migrating from standard to widescreen format, but this beauty has set my fears aside. The picture quality is as crisp as anything I've ever seen, and Battlefield 2142 plays on it flawlessly. No ghosting and not fuzzy at all. If anything, it's even better than my old monitor. Would definately recommend this unit. |

This is my first LCD monitor, upgrading from a 17'' Smile CRT that I purchased from TigerDirect approximately 10 years ago. The screen is very bright and is a vast improvement over my old workhorse CRT. A couple of caveats though; you cannot adjust the position of the monitor without moving the whole unit (the 19'' Samsung that Tiger is pushing right now appears to be a much better choice for position adjusting). Also, the native 1680 X 1050 resolution is not very easy on the eyes, and I am running it at 1440 X 900 and it is great at that setting. If you need to have 1680 X 1050, I'd go with the Viewsonic VX2240w 22'' monitor. I haven't done any gaming so far, but am very satisfied with my purchase. |

this is a Great monitor however, if you plan on using it for gaming it's terrible, honestly. but for anything else (casual use, particularly) it's pretty great, the huge resolution is beautiful |
