I've had this phone for a month now, its amazing, I have found so many useful apps on the internet that I've customized my phone to an amazing extent and I am just loving it. I also own an iPhone, and I must say that the Nokia is a lot more useful to me, sure the iPhone is very flashy and recognizable, but the N95 is all about the performance... I strongly recommend it to anyone. |

I had this phone for 3 weeks and am already loving it. From its crisp images from 5MP Camera to fast internet, everything works excellent. It almost works as a computer. As far as Nokia Maps go, they don't work for me so I ended up downloading Google Maps. and the the GPS worked flawlessly on it. The call quality and speaker are clear 100%. I can even download 3rd party applications designed for this phone and they work without a problem. The only complain I have is the earpiece. Its length is shorter than expected. But overall this phone is worth your money. |

I've had mine a year. It's amazing. It takes great pictures (w/ flash too), and awesome video. I think I updated the firmware at some point, but I can't remember. My GPS works really well. The link to the PC makes it easy to fill up the memory with music and videos. great bluetooth, and wifi conections. All in all, I'd buy it again. Especially now that the price is about $250 less than when I first boght it! |

It's good phone with a lot of features. The built-in GPS is easy to use, and I can track my position, plan route with blazing speed. I also share my files, music, and video in computer with nokia n95 8gb via wireless LAN. I like this feature. A great multimedia phone. |

Relatively a good phone but with some flaws. If you will use its video mode you would encounter some pauses during the course of your recording- this i found very annoying. I contacted nokia customer support then advised me to upgrade firmware which i did and guess what it was NOT resolved. It takes million years to sync the media player to your PC, thats why i miss my old ipod in terms of this flaw. The nokia maps is not user friendly. But all in all, i will still keep this phone, i love the wi-fi part of it, the camera ( i mean the image mode not the video), the clear screen, the all black color which is cool |

Manufacturer will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Manufacturer will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Manufacturer will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the manufacturer know that the handset has been wet. |
