- USB 1.1 - The USB port connects the Cable Modem to your computer
using a USB cable.
- Ethernet 10/100 - The Ethernet port connects the Cable Modem your
wired computer or other Ethernet network device a Category 5 (or better) Ethernet
network cable.
- Cable - The Cable port connects the Cable Modem to the wall jack
using the cable from your ISP. This is a round coaxial cable, like the one
that connects to the back of your cable box or television.

I purchased this product back in August of 08. I've been having performance issues with my cable internet suppose to be running at 16mbs, never really achieved those speeds. Then finally I keeped loosing internet connection then it quit totally. It turns out the modem had failed. Replaced it with the motorola surfboard sb5010. Oh my God, What a difference!!!. I had modem speeds, downloading speeds exceeding 20mbps. I am really shocked Linksys let me down. |

Works great, never had a problem with it. Just sits their and does what it's supposed to do. The look of it is not that exciting,its a square.but it good. |
