Purchased the tx1000 and had to return within a year due to faulty power recognition issue. It stopped charging the battery and once my battery died, then I was no longer able to turn on my laptop.
Exchanged for a tx2000 series, and just over 6 months later, I'm now experiencing wireless connection issues. I get dropped from online and it may take well over 2 hours to get online. Both of my issues are documented online. HP support is non-existent.
Love the features on this laptop, but I need something more reliable. |

i love this thing it is awesome and really fast and when i say its fast i mean cause my other computer has a 2.2Ghz phenom quad core with 2 gigs of ram so i know what fast is and i have been using i for a bout a month now and i have had no problems yet just that the buttons on the screen take some getting used to i kept accidentally pushing them oh and the battery seems to last pretty long but it takes a long time to charge but i was playing a game on it while it was charging too sooooo |

I just received this unit 2 days ago and every time I have start Windows it shuts down approximately every 20-30 minutes. I am going to give it a day or two more and if it continues I will be sending it back for replacement. |
