Ok, so here is the deal, I have been shooting professionally for years, I have some Handycams that until now had their purpose. These Flip Mino HD cameras are amazing, I bought one and convinced the company I work for to replace all of their Handycams with these. I have a $10,000 HD video camera and I cannot carry it around to the amusement park, snowboarding or when traveling so I would take the Handy cams, not anymore, now I get HD quality form the Mino. Pros:
Great Quality
Easy on-the-go-editing ( I have recorded several videos without editing them with my own programs)
Ok audio pickup
Small size
Easy operation
Long battery life
Long recording capacity considering it is HD
Cons:
A little wavy when moving the camera (due to lack of a normal long lens)
The editing software seems to only give you an option to have all or nothing for audio (you cant cut it out or be very specific on fades)
