I bought this refurbished a few months ago and it has worked flawlessly. Had a problem with the power grid kicking some feedback to all my electronics and the TV wouldn't pick up input, called mitsubishi and they fixed it right over the phone. (service was timely and the person spoke english) The picture is amazing and I haven't had any issues at all with the TV.

I can not get over this TV. I was a little hesitant to buy a DLP because I was concerned that it would not be at bright and vibrant as an LCD or plasma. I turned this thing on and was amazed at the brightness and clarity of the picture. Rivals any LCD I've seen. If you don't plan to mount your tv to the wall and want a very large screen, you can not find a better tv.

I have had this TV up and running for a few weeks now, and it is great. The value is unbeatable compared to LCD. Delivery was painless and prompt. Only gripe I have is that input panels on TV don't match the owner's manual. Owner's manual shows a PC input, but there is none on my TV. Picture quality is phenomenal.
20 inches bigger with all the features!
