It has need hell to set up this product. I tried to enter my service Tivo service number over my trial service. it did not work. You have to reinstall the software from included CD. Then I tried to download the update. Which made my serial number
didn't work

i could not get this past the 6 step.
i never got to use this.
but i really tried to make it work.
a retired computer programer even tryed .
no suck luck.
so returned it darn.
