This TV doesn't include a VGA input which forces one to use either the analog s-video source or you have to shell out even more for a VGA to HDMI adapter. For a TV of this size I don't understand why they didn't include VGA input on this TV considering the massive shift towards PC systems integration. When switched to an analog source, the HDMI cables introduce a continuous digital connection bleed through noise to the analog audio channels which is only resolved by disconnecting all HDMI cables. |

This TV is wonderful. I waited 4 years to purchase after getting married and 2 kids.
I now have a place to watch football and golf and feel like i'm right there. Great TV, Great quality, and a excellent price. This retailer was great about communication and shipping. Thank you. |

Tried to convince myself that I should get a large flat screen for my home theater area in the basement. No matter how I looked at it, to spend the extra money for only a marginally better but smaller picture only made sense if I wanted to throw money away. The only negative to me was the speakers and since I already had surround sound speakers installed it was not an issues. Perhaps in three years, if the price of large flat screens continue to come down I may consider that route. However, as of today I am one thrilled owner. |

Slow to warm due to bulb
Not as punchy or bright as an LCD half its size, to be expected
No means to change screen format in menu, only an issue with nonHD digital cable channels
TD needs to fix this field so you can format the review this is too hard too read and makes me look like an idiot |

What you get for the price that this retailer offers it at, you can't go wrong. I had been looking for a new television for a while and when I found this one the search was over. The only cons are there aren't many stands made for a television of this size and there aren't any composite hookups for some of my older components. The pros are almost endless. Just to name a few it's huge, light, 1080p, decent audio built in, easy setup, and a nice, sleek look. It's almost like being in a movie theater! |
