This was my first refurbished machine and it was everything that the reviews said it was. I have have no problems from the delivery all the way to 3 months down the road. No problems at all |

I did add Windows 7 right away and have a few issues with the speakers but over all I love the features and speed of this machine. Would recommend to a friend. |

Product simply will not perform well as a multimedia center supporting TV DVR type funtions. Media center doesn't work well, and this powerful machine is slow and inordinate number of pauses along the way.
Spent over 60 plus hours troubleshooting core functions, corrupted files written to disk, Video Errors, and DVD burn failures. Replaced tv tuner card, replaced optical drive, did a complete factory reinstall of software and sent machine in for repair.
90 warrantly ended exactly 72 day from the day I placed the order and 68 days from when I purchased the product.
Half of the DVD's I've burned are now defective due to burn failures. 40 bad dvds from three different manufactures. Worked with online and phone support, sent emails, worked with 6 case managers and still no proper solutions.
They've now slammed the door on support, having succesfully unloaded a defective product. |

great machine with only one problem you have to download the drivers for the blueray from hp after you recieve the machine. |
