I bought this as a replacement for an older version of Surboard. The old one was dropping signals all the time. With new one, I have yet to experience that after almost two months of running. I don't see big performance improvement, but that's because of the fault of my cable company.

No issues whatsoever. Works very well. Documentation is sparse, however because it is a straight-forward plug and play, one's dependence on documentation is really not needed.
