The picture is great. Easy installation. Sometimes is a little flaky and requires a reboot so that Media Center can see the card. |

If you have a fairly powerful PC, Windows 7 and an HDMI TV with HDMI, DVI or VGA inputs This is one of the best investments you can make. This tuner is idealy suited for Windows 7 and installation was a snap. You simply run the Aver Media installer from the Disc provided then shut down the PC and install the tuner card in an empty PCI-E x 1 slot. Then you connect to your source (cable or Antenna) Fire up the Pc, click on the start button and select windows media center. Windows Media Center will find all the Clear QAM digital channels and set up the channel guide for you. I have Comcast Cable and most of the local off air channels are available in digital format. The reception and image are stunning and the ability to record and time shift are close to what you get from Tivo at a fraction of the cost and with no subscription. A remote is available from Aver Media but I haven't needed one because I can control everything with my Logitech diNovo Mini. Fantastic! |

Installed in P5B, Core2 Duo 2.4ghz, GTX260,Max Ram-Win7 Ult.64.T220. Turn it on, enter zip and let it fly. Picked up all available (17) cable channels. Easiest hardware installation in 25 years. Next step-digital cable converter box. Might as well go the distance with it. |

Excellent reception on all channels except one. This card installed with no problems with the drivers and Vista Media Center setup was automatic after entering my zip code. Because of the low price I bought a second card and can now record four channels simultaneously. |

Took 2 days to figure out WMC channel remapping for clear QUAM cable. Took 2 more days to find a display driver to work 1080i. now works great! |
