I purchased this for my wife when her Thinkpad crashed. Her needs were mainly E-mail. I had already purchased the same computer with the 8.4'' screen and was happy with it. The larger screen is nice. A larger keyboard would be better. If you're going to be away from an a/c outlet, the Six-cell battery would be better.
