I bought 3. One for me, one for my parents and one for a friend. All 3 have had the same issue. Eventually (ie within the first few weeks) it freezes each time it runs. Now mine will not even turn on. Shame on you Westinghouse. This should not be that hard a product to produce. |

I bought one in September and it lasted 26 days. The manufacturer throws out the warranty and offers only your money back. Customer service says they don't replace them. So I had to return mine. No other choice.
I expect what I got and what you'll get is one that someone else returned. Probably for good reason.
And if you do get it, plant yourself directly in front of it to view pictures. From side angles the image disappears. |

I had to return the product 2 times and eventually get the refund. For the price, I would have like to see it working but unfortunately it was not the case. Screen would freeze up at various points during startup on the first one and second one couldn't even power up. |

After displaying the images for randomly few minutes the screen freezes. After powering down and starting again, it stops at different picture. Tried different media cards but nothing worked. After RMA returned the product and have no refund or replacement for two months. |

Finally a decent sized digital photo frame at a decent price. Lots of features. It did ship in it's original box (not inside another box) but arrived OK. |
