After displaying the images for randomly few minutes the screen freezes. After powering down and starting again, it stops at different picture. Tried different media cards but nothing worked. After RMA returned the product and have no refund or replacement for two months. |

Finally a decent sized digital photo frame at a decent price. Lots of features. It did ship in it's original box (not inside another box) but arrived OK. |

I had to return the product the first time because the buttons were not working. Got a new one and after 5 minutes of use the screen wouldn't turn on again. This product seems to have a manufacturing problem. |

contrary to other reviews, screen was bright, color rich, and beautiful looking. when I insert the SD card this photo frame would not turn on, without the memory card no problem turning on, but when you insert the memory card, system died. Attempted to return the item but since it has the internal memory, I will just use it, also us-b port seems to work as well. |

It was a nice edition to the fireplace mantel, but it lasted 1 year and the screen went dark. I got no support from Westinghouse other than they were sorry. I took it as an expensive picture frame that lasted 1 year. I would not recomend buying from Westinghouse again. |
