This is a great travel laptop. It has all the features one may need for a person who is on the go most of the time. Depends on one's need, but if you mainly use microsoft office and internet while traveling then this is the perfect netbook to have. Long battery life (about 8-9 hr) is a plus. |

I have had this netbook for over 3 weeks and am duly impressed. I upgraded and installed a 2 Gig RAM chip, it took 5 seconds, and was super easy. The performance is amazing. Not sure if I needed the extra RAM, but for $34 it can't hurt. The battery life is superb.......I take frequent 5 hour coast to coast flights, and haven't taken it below 50% power yet, and I'm leaving the display on bright, and leaving my external wifi mouse active. Great features, really solid, and so small and compact. I put a privacy filter on the screen too. Well made machine, and the same manufacturer's external CD-DVD drive I bought made loading some programs easy too. I have only rave reviews for this machine, and highly recommend it!!! |

Ok this little thing is sweet! Fast and the screen is super bright not to heavy(compared to the 15inch I was lugging around). That said I far surpasses my other 15inch laptop for school work and professional use, the batter life is amazing I charge it the night before and thats it, I don;t have to take the charger everywhere I go anymore. The one thing that I can complain about is the keybaord, It is something like 92% the size of a standard KB, however, it is so close that it is frustrating, since you feel like you are hiting the correct keys but occasionaly that is false. Other than that ... LOVE IT! |

This netbook is outstanding and has all the features I wanted. Really nice looking.
You can upgrade to 2meg, although there is nothing about that in the documents their website. Buy 2meg piece of PC5400 DDR2 667Mhz.
The documentation is a little sparse, and the website supplies nothing much extra. Emails to their Tech Support got a fast response that was fairly relevant.
But be warned, you are not buying a quad processor desktop machine with a ton of memory! This is a super portable, long life battery machine for modest tasks. Email and web browser work just fine. But a 3meg spread sheet open at the same time made it rather slow.
The mouse pad thing works fine, and the vertical scroll on the way right hand side is useful.
The gestures mentioned in this product listing seem to be incorrect. |

It's a beautiful laptop, and incredibly light. The keyboard is quite comfortable. Internet interaction seems a little slow compared to my 17 inch laptop at home or my Acer 8.9 inch laptop. But the size, weight and longer battery life make a great travel laptop, and you can download Netflix movies to it, which makes the lack of a cd player more acceptable. |
