Our Store Management Associates review the previous day's sales figures with an energetic staff, recognizing top performers and offering knowledge and expertise to those who need guidance. They also manage inventory, merchandise displays, Associate performance, and resolve customer issues.

Our PC Services Technicians provide reliable, professional service and support to customers buying a new computer or whose computer may be giving them problems. It doesn't stop there. We also work on all aspects of digital integration, peripheral equipment, home networks, IP-based product assessment, repair, installation and service.

Our District Managers are experts in driving sales through exceptional customer service, and have volume responsibilities that can exceed $100 million! We rely upon our District Managers to generate sales, identify critical business needs and implement profitable solutions while maintaining an environment that will surprise, delight and amaze each and every Circuit City Customer.

This department offers you an important opportunity to influence how our business makes decisions by working as a strategic business partner. In our department, we strongly value the HR function, and encourage our Associates to use each other as resources.

Our Asset Protection department helps prevent the loss of corporate assets to both internal and external theft and helps reduce expenses by using the latest technology and operational control. The department is renowned in our industry for contributing to our stores remarkably low shrinkage rate.
