we provide skilled, factory authorized service and parts for most products.
Simply bring your product to the nearest Circuit City store.
Merchandise is sent from our stores to our repair centers several times
each week and Circuit City offers a 90-day guarantee on all repairs.
You can check the status of a repair by contacting your regional service

available on your claim receipt.

Coverage
If you are covered by the manufacturer's parts and labor warranty,
then repairs will be performed without charge, assuming the defect
is covered under the warranty. Be sure to bring your purchase receipt
with you when you bring your product in for service so that we can
confirm your coverage easily.
If you are in your first year of ownership, you may be covered by your
manufacturer's on-site warranty. To find the contact number for your manufacturer,

Should your item be out of warranty, we will diagnose the problem and
provide a repair estimate for a fee of $39. This $39 fee will be applied
to the final cost of your repair charge, but there is no refund if the
repair estimate is declined.
Do-it-yourself repairs
Looking for a part that you can easily install yourself, such as laptop
battery or cable? We call these consumer-replaceable partsitems
that most people can replace or install without the help of a service
technician. While not a complete list, here are some more commonly requested
