A Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan® for your PC or digital camera includes expert tech support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our technicians can help you fix common hardware problems over the phone. If we can't solve the issue then, we'll fix it via the service types listed below.
• Desktop PCs: Circuit City Advantage provides in-home service scheduled at your convenience.
• Monitors, printers, scanners, accessories & upgrades: We'll replace your defective product by mail with free shipping within 3-5 business days.
• Notebook PCs, digital cameras, PDAs & LCD projectors: We'll repair your notebook PC by mail. If the battery is defective, we'll replace it by mail. All other products in this category will be repaired by mail.
As an added feature, when you purchase a Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan for your PC or digital camera, you'll also receive a Resource Kit, which is loaded with great bonus offers and valuable coupons worth over $200! (Kit is available for in-store purchases only.)

The Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan (including the Plus Plan) under the Computer Products program begins on the date of purchase with power surge and notebook battery protection. If you purchased the Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan Plus (the Plus Plan), screen protection and accidental damage coverage also begin on the date of purchase. All other benefits begin with the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty or one year, whichever comes first. The plan is fulfilled when products are replaced after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. However, if a product is replaced due to Accidental Damage under the Plus Plan at any time, the Plan is fulfilled. This plan term is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty and the store return policy. Availability of the Plus Plan may vary by sate. See your local store for complete details.
A Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan® for home and car products will provide the service and support to keep your gear working like new including:
• TVs 25" & up: A Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan provides in-home service. If your original projection TV lamp fails, we’ll mail you a replacement.
• Smaller TVs, audio/video products & car electronics: Just drop off your malfunctioning product at any Circuit City store and we’ll call you when it’s fixed and ready for pickup.
• Camcorders, cassette players & micro/shelf systems: Bring your defective product to any Circuit City for repair and we’ll call you when it’s ready. If your product has tape heads (select camcorders and cassette players), we also provide a free annual cleaning to keep your gear performing its best.
