Pre-order: Products pre-ordered will not be delivered prior to the release date. Pre-ordered games will be shipped within 24 hours after Circuit City receives the game, and it will be delivered according to the shipping method you selected during checkout. Circuit City may receive a game up to three days after the release date, depending on the title. All other products will ship by the release date. All pre-ordered items will be billed when the item is shipped.

Credit card expiration dates: Please make sure that your credit card expiration date is after the item's release date. Pre-orders placed with credit cards set to expire prior to the item's release date will be canceled.

Special order: Music or movie selections not currently in our catalog will be ordered directly from the vendor and will ship as soon as available. We will not bill you until your item is shipped. Special orders that have not been received from the vendor within 40 days will be canceled. In the event this occurs, you will receive an email asking you to resubmit your order.

Backorder: For regularly stocked music or movie selections that are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and we will ship the item as soon as it is in stock. We will not bill you until your item is shipped. Backorders that have not been received from the vendor within 60 days will be canceled. International addresses: Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to international addresses except APO/FPO or U.S. Territory addresses.
