Shipping to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and P.O. Box addresses

General guidelines Orders placed through circuitcity.com can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territory addresses. Postal regulations regarding size, weight and other restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain items to these types of addresses. Additional restrictions may exist for shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country where the APO/FPO address is located. No order tracking is available for APO/FPO, U.S. Territory or P.O. Box addresses, and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply. We cannot ship to international addresses. U.S. Territories As stated above, Circuit City can ship most items to U.S. Territories and Protectorates, which includes American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. Estimated shipping times and costs Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub. From there, the military delivers the packages, which typically takes 10-21 days. Delivery may take up to 45 days depending on military mail handling procedures. Circuit City is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to the U.S. military mail hub. Packages shipped to P.O. Boxes follow the same shipping schedules as listed in this table. Duties and taxes Circuit City will complete the necessary customs form for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Since we don't collect any duties or taxes that may be imposed by the country your order is shipping to, the recipient will be responsible for them. Please check with your local customs office to find out what the charges will be. Some countries may also charge an additional handling fee for delivery. Order checkout If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field and choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "State."
