I bought it last week when it was on sale. I found this unit easy to assemble. It is a great deal for the price. However, I found some of the surface dent and paint job was not perfect.

Top shelf has no holes to screw in the second shelf!

I read the multiple reviews posted here before deciding to buy this item. I agree with some of the reviews that the pictures are more confusing than they need to be, to put the shelves together. However, once I looked at the parts and the pics, it was easier. My big complaint (which I'm still trying to figure out how to resolve, so if anyone has suggestions, please post it here) is that the top shelf (3) doesn't have any holes drilled in it to attach to the second shelf (2), and to pre-drill the holes isextremely difficult since they need to line up with the rest of the shelves, and with the column supports being tall... I'm still trying to figure out how to set this thing up! Maybe they need to send me a different top shelf?? Anyone else have this problem? I haven't seen this particular complaint in the reviews yet.

TV stand very difficult to assemble and is a JUNK, GARBAGE. It does not hold together and it is considered very weak for you to place your television on it. Again, I am urging manufacturers and Circuit city stores to eleminate this item from their merchandise list. WARNING DO NOT BUY.
