Delete the Software to get to the Gem

The useless U3 and other software slows down this otherwise excellent USB drive.
I just removed all of the preloaded software from this device, and now it is performing brilliantly.

The hardware maker should stick to what they know and do not clutter their good hardware with software many do not want.

I work at a photo lab and ALWAYS get customers bringing in flash drives. They're great except when they have their preloaded programs on them. Lots of computers that take digital orders in photo labs can't read the files because the U3 or like programs block the files from being read! I know they mean well with those programs, but it doesn't make it user friendly for just 'plug & play.' I thought at first it just may be the computers we have in our store, but after asking customer's if it's like that at other photo places, they said it was.
