i hookked these up in my cutless and these bad boys where hitting hard on a 1800 watt rocford fosgate amp
these things knocked my rearview mirror off so for the price i would get these bad boys and have the time of a lifetime

I got these subs about a month ago and I just got to hooking them up. They sound awesome I got the package with the 1200watt amp.. They can get a good boom on them. I like them especially for the price. My first system for only 300 plus tax after everything.. They are not the BEST subs but for me they work just fine. It's a very good set up. The price was unbeatable. Good package and love Sony.

BOUGHT THESE SUBS LAST YEAR ON BLACK FRIDAY (2007) THESE ARE IN MY SONY XPLOD GOT A AMP WITH THE AMP (SONY FORGET THE MODEL) ITS ONLY LIKE 600 WATTS SO LIKE 250 WATTS RMS TO EACH SUB..THEY F'N HIT HARD!!! NOW I BLEW THE SUB(S) TWICE..BUT I GOT THE REPLACEMENT PLAN..TOOK TO CIRCUIT CITY WITHOUT NOTICE AND THEY REPLACED THE SUBS NO QUESTIONS ASKED..ONLY DOWNFALL IS THE BOX IS HUGE...BUT IF U DONT MIND AND ON A BUDGET.I WOULD SAY GO FOR THESE..GET THE REPLACEMENT PLAN FOR ONLY LIKE 50$ MORE ITS WELL WORTH IT
O,AND THE BASS IS CLEAR...VERRRRY CLEAR!!!
