Would you rather speak to our experts in person? Bring your gear to the firedog desk at your local Circuit City—this package includes in-store service, too.

Also included are hardware upgrades, remote data backup, and basic training for Microsoft Vista and Office, so you can get even more out of everything you have.

Here’s what we’ll do:

24/7 tech support: No matter when you need technical assistance, you can choose to talk or type. Our firedog pros can identify and correct problems through online chat and by remotely accessing your computer via Internet. You can even talk to the technician over the phone while you watch him work.

Computer checkups & upgrades: Whether you bring your computer to us, or invite us to work remotely, we’ll run a diagnostic to identify issues with your hardware, software or operating system. We’ll also detect and remove viruses and spyware. Still want to boost your computer’s performance? Just bring the computer into your local Circuit City, and let firedog upgrade your system with a new hard drive, video card or memory card.

Networking support: Via remote access, firedog can help you troubleshoot your wireless network. We’ll determine if your hardware is properly installed, configured and functioning. And we’ll check to ensure that your firewall and browser security are working correctly—to make sure that your personal data stays personal.

Support for all digital gadgets: To get the most out of your computer, your peripherals need to perform, too. So this service package also includes in-store, online, and phone support for all of your gadgets—MP3 players, cameras, printers, scanners and more.

Microsoft Vista/Office training: We’ll give you all the support you need to make the most of your operating system as well as your suite of Microsoft Office programs.

Remote data backup: We’ll store up to 100GB of your data on a remote server. Your data will be safe, secure and accessible anytime, from anywhere.

Note: All computer services will be performed on a single, designated Windows XP or Vista PC only. Service period begins at the date of purchase and expires 12 months from date of purchase. In-home service is not included. Online customer registration is required for remote service options. Charges for required hardware or software purchases are not included.
