This DVD player case is adequate. I might like to have a larger pocket for DVD's so I wouldn't have to pull them out of their cases to take them with me. It is sturdy and has good padding to help protect the DVD player from bumps and knocks. It looks niceand appears to be well made. There is enough room for the extra gear you might need to carry with you like: battery pack, charger, car adapter, TV connectors, remote, etc.

I wanted this to fit my 8.5' portable element dvd player for road trip play on the seat back. It wouldn't fit. The actual piece it hooks onto for car mounting is this ridiculously silly looking piece of padded cardboard with straps and a mesh pocket withvelcro. My 2 year old could make it (and easily break it too). I wouldn't pay $5 for it. If you want it for a top loading storage bag and NOT the car mount, I would say it is okay - but Case Logic actually has better ones for less $. Too bad, I normally love Targus products.
