The product that I ordered was not the one I received. This one works fine, but when I brought to Circuit city's attention, all I received was the run around. Now the rebate is all messed up, so I am not sure what to do. All I can say is that this is the last item I will purchase at Circuit City.

I'm very happy with this gadget, it sure beats burning CDs. I got it for my outdated Windows98SE operating system and to download the drivers there are three types of drivers in the instructions but the manufacturer failed to indicate with a check mark which driver code applies. So, I contacted the tech department and they provided me a link via my email address that worked fine. The instructions are useless. After loading the driver, my computer hardware wizard somehow found the software from within my operating system and it is just drop and drag to transfer folders/files. The flashdrive is in 'My Computer' listed as E: drive, just open it. Before removing the flashdrive, do so safely by disabling it, by opening the icon on your tray and following the steps, it is easy. I may just buy another one.
