The hype was right, my kids are safe(r)

I read about AirDrives in Popular Science . Then I started to see other coverage of these earphones. I got myself a set for running and love them. Then I got two kids sets, one for my 12 year old daughter and the other for my 9 year old son whose earsdidn't fit well with buds. My daughter was like a zombie with her iPod playing every waking hour. Now I she can hear us while she dances around to Miley Cyrus or whoever she listens to. My son is zipping around on a bike, scooter or skateboard and seems oblivious to traffic. When he took over his sister's old Nano, I thought he would get run over. Now I feel more confident that he can hear cars and things around him. Also, our school nurse sent home a note about possible hearing damage with earphones. These AirDrives claim to be Audiologist approved and when my wife took them to show the nurse, she said there is finally a good compromise. I thought they were a bit expensive, but my daughter says they sound really good.
