In summary, these are very good earbuds but not superior ones. I purchased these for my iPod and Computer. I was hoping for good sound quality but the sound quality is only slightly better than the OEM earbuds (based on sampling of uncompressed source files). Pressing the speakers into the ear (i.e. making them seal better) produces excellent sound quality but that's not how they work. Build quality is solid but they are relatively heavy (metal construction with magnets). I don't know about durability since I'm exchanging them for in-ear sound-isolating headphones.
