After reading so many bad reviews, I was sceptical about purchasing this product. I went to the store and spoke to the sales person and was told this is the best selling products and that they had not heard of any issues. I reluctantly purchased the product with the 4 year warranty. So far, I love the product and it has performed flawlessly. My daughters are the ones who operate the unit and are not the cautious with it. We purchased the unit in March of 07 and have had no problems. We also love thebattery that it comes with to operate as a standalone unit and the 110 V power cord for the house. Overall, I give this product 5 stars.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT I PURCHASED IT IN JUNE OF 2007 AND IT IS GREAT I DID ALOT OF RESEARCH IN THE INTERNET AND DIFFERENT STORES THERE WHERE SOME MORE EXP. AND SMALLER SCREEN SOME CHEAPER BUT DID NOT HAVE ALL THE FEATURES AND EXTRAS THIS COMES WITH IT WASREALLY WORTH THE MONEY I PAID REALLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE I DONT REGRET IT

The picture was great and very easy to use. Sometimes it takes a little while to find a radio station to play the sound throughout the van. Meaning, a radio station that doesn't have alot of static. THis unit is not hooked directly to your speaker system,therefore using the radio.
