The popper pictured was not what came in the box.

The product number on the box matched the model number from the order but I received a different popper then was pictured in the product description. Was very dissappointed because the popper I received could have been ordered five dollars cheaper in oneof your other ads. I called for assistance but was unable to make the problem understood. I was offered a reorder but I didn't want to gt the same popper again. I was put on hold for approximately 10 minutes for further help and eventually was cut off.I called again and had the same problem. I eventually was told to take my popper to the nearest Circuit City store of which there is none in my state.

over my cornpopper is ok, once you open the side with the clip its hard to get it back the way it was secured.
