I'm a latte lover, and really looked forward to this product. When it's time to dispense, you are supposed to activate a switch which makes the drink 'frothy'. This switch just speeds up the mixing paddles, and does not result in any real 'frothiness'.Ifyou have a few children who like hot cocoa, this product would be OK - but latte? Don't waste your time and money.
