i like it when it actually works...the plug comes loose to easily and it needs to angle different on the bottom .... if your laptop is on your lap the fan bogs down because air can't flow through...when it sits on a table or desk then it works perfect....all in all ok but sometimes annoying

Only reason i suggest not to buy it is because it stuffs all the soft dust into the laptop through the laptop openings located at the bottom of the laptop and seriously damages the laptop.

It would have been a great product if it sucked away the air from bottom of the laptop. But it does the reverse it blows the air to the bottom of the laptop there by stuffing all the dust into the laptop over time (may be over 2 or 3 months).

Nice curve design, it really works to cool down my mac book and working sound is in the tolerable range. The down sides are the following: Usb cable is quite short the leg of pad does not have extra support to fix it in place,so it easy to slip off whenI move it. Not very comfortable use on the lap unless fold the leg to the pad. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
