Not worth a penny

My husband and kids got this as part of my mother's day gift with my new ipod nano. I was so excited. I downloaded my songs and jumped in my truck to listen to it. I thought I recorded them wrong because I could hear static with all of the songs. Turns out that no matter what station the tuner turned too, it just wasn't good enough. Every station had static or I could hear another radio station. The review boasts of automatically tuning to a station where you could listen to your ipod clearly, thatis a joke. The fm tuner I bought for my husbands ipod was much cheaper than this and much better clarity. This product is not worth the money at all.

I took this product on a 4000 mile road trip in conjunction with my iPod Nano (3rd gen.) and it worked very poorly in suburban/urban areas. The 'ClearScan' option rarely found the most clear station and I was usually better off trying to find a station onmy own. The transmission power is far too low and is often overridden by faint radio signals. I returned it immediately upon my return.
