all the other review i read on this card said it was good. It was pretty ease to install, but the range was terrible. At two rooms away, it was already at low signal strength. I returned card and got the netgear next range n1. It was easy to install too and I am getting a 90% strength from the same distance away. Trust me.. get a netgear. It's a lot better than this one.

I've had no issues. I slide this in before I start up the laptop and off it goes.
I purchased the N1 base unit, have it sitting on a sub-woofer, maybe not the best choice, but tight on space. I can go into other rooms and still get a signal. I havefloor to ceiling mirrors in one room, signal is slightly less there. 750 sq ft,
For my needs I get the 300mbps, higher than the 54 I had prior. Felt since I had DSL, I might as well take advantage of the speed
