this stand looks fantastic with my new 46 inch samsung tv . . . both have the black glossy finish. extremely easy to assemble. provides the look of a wall mount. the only draw back is the cable management system doesn't have enough space to hide all the cables. i'd recommend this product.

Bit of a Battle, but Looks OK

This unit gave me several challenges in using it for my 50' Panasonic: the crossbars cover the TV input connector, the cable-hiding screens stick forward, making the TiVo, DVD, cable boxes stick out past the edge of the glass, and the worst part, the pre-drilled, pre-tapped holes weren't far enough apart to accommodate the TV. I had to drill and tap new holes. Simply put, your TV's holes MUST BE 8',10' or 12' (+- 1/8') apart vertically or this unit will not work as designed. I have 42' and 50' PanasonicTVs and both are 12.5' between holes. MEASURE FIRST!! Horizontal hole alignment is not a problem they went to great lengths to make sure that is covered, but vertical alignment is absolutely crucial. Eventually, it is solid and shiny, holds the TV prettyhigh and doesn't block the view in your room.

The stand is very good and easy to assemble and is a perfect fit for my Sony 46' TV.

As pointed out in other reviews, the input console is partially blocked by the support bars.
