This is an excellent product. Fast and easy to use, and very easy clean-up. I've used mine for several years and with a variety of foods, including taking chopped clams down to nearly a paste consistency, which can be difficult to do. This little machine is FAST! The blades stay razor sharp, even after repeated use. I can't imagine anything easier to use. It takes up very little space, and is a cinch to clean. A terrific time saver.
