I like the space saving feature but I do not like that it does'nt shot off auto. after 2 hrs.

The instalation instructions are very vague. For me installing took 1 1/2 hrs. It makes a good pot of coffee, looks nice and saves counter space. I do not like the fact that you have to manually shut the coffee maker off.
